Chef and Paring Knives

These sets are done up in two very popular styles.  A Chef and Paring knife in AUS – 8 Stainless Steel.  These blade blanks we purchased are made in Japan and are very thin, making great slicers in the kitchen.  The handle materials vary but most of them are stabilized exotic woods.
